RED, WHITE & MOO
THURSDAY JULY 24, 2009
A CELEBRATION OF LOCAL MEAT AND WINE

Thursday, July 24 promises to be a truly special evening at Vico, with four stars of the (very) local agricultural scene on hand: Dan and Susan Gibson of Grazin' Angus Acres and Carlo and Dominique De Vito of the Hudson-Chatham Winery, both in Ghent. The evening will begin at 7pm with an informal tasting of the gamut of Hudson-Chatham's wines, accompanied by hors d'oeuvres. Then guests will enjoy a four-course prix-fixe menu in which we pair Grazin' Angus grass-fed black Angus beef and pasture-raised chicken with Hudson-Chatham Winery's award-winning vintages. The price for the evening is $62 per person.

Hudson-Chatham wines will be offered in a tasting. And if you go to thVico's website, you cane see the menu and find out more about one of the best restaurants in Columbia County.
