SPRING TIME: THAT MEANS LOTS OF WORK AT THE HUDSON-CHATHAM WINERY

It's that tme of year - Spring! It's mud season up here, but it's pretty to feel and see. The weather's warming up. The greens are bright and gettong brighter. The sun stay out a little longer. And ther's tons of work to do. We're bottling like crazy. We'll probably bottle somewhere between 5-6,000 bottles through the middle of April, with more to come tereafter. If we're bottling, that means were labeling. We'r moving wine around. And we're pruning in the vineyard.

Lot's of things happen before we open our doors in April.
