HUDSON-CHATHAM WINERY
ANNOUNCES
MERLOT 2007 RESERVE

Hudson-Chatham Winery announces the release of the Merlot 2007 Reserve. It's barrel aged 30 months (or 2 1/2 years) in French oak. It's a big, deep, dark wine, with vanilla and dark cherry on the nose, and a big mouth full of plums, prunes, a hint of chocolate, and dark cherries. With nice acidity, big tannins, and a smooth finish, this is an exceptional wine, great with grilled meats or portobello mushrooms, and other robust meals.

Or lay it down for the next four or five years. It'll be even better.

But don't wait that long to buy it...it'll be gone!
