Due to the length of the weekend, we will be extending our hours.

Friday 1 pm to 5 pm

Saturday 11 am to 5 pm

Sunday 12 pm to 5 pm

Monday 12 pm to 5 pm

You can also find us at the Catham Farmer's Market on Friday night and the Hudson Farmer's Maket on Saturday morning.

Memorial Day Weekend Explosion!
We have a lot to offer for this Memorial Day Weekend. Lot’s of new syrups and wines, like our Paperbirch Highland’s Fine Ruby port and our Paperbirch Bannerman’s Castle Amber Cream sherry.

The Pomme Bulle our sparkling hard apple cider is in! Fresh and tart and light in alcohol (only 5%), this is a great summer sipper!

We finally have in stock two of our new syrups - Vanilla Maple (made with extra long fresh Madagascar vanilla beans) and our Raspberry Maple syrup (made with our own fresh raspberries). And, all of our classic three syrups are also now back in stock!

And we are back in stock with Hudson-Chatham Winery Balsamic Vinegar!

We have new cheeses to try from Nettles Meadow and Hawthorne Valley!
